We continue to perform necessary work-overs on the four (4) producing
wells on this lease. Due to the age and condition of the downhole
equipment, it has become necessary to replace the work-strings with new
pipe and pumps. As of 03-03-06, we have replaced approximately 3,400
ft. of production string and all of the downhole pumps. All four wells
are currently in production and oil is beginning to flow into the
storage tanks. The quantity of which is yet to be determined. We have
ordered analysis of the fluid from each well in order to customize a
chemical drip designed to reduce corrosion and paraffin buildup in the
work string.
